Second Counselling of Tour Guide Course for Additional 5 Seats on 21st November 2018

Dear Candidate

Greetings!!

This is with reference to first counselling held on 13th November 2018 at UIHTM, we have got addtional 5 seats for the said tour guide course. The date of second counselling is scheduled on 21 November 2018 at 1200 hrs at UIHTM training restaurant on the first floor.

All appeared candidates are advised to attend the counselling on the said date and time physically with documents listed below. The candidature of those candidates not coming physically for the counselling shall be considered cancelled in terms of merit on the basis of first come first selected. Further there shall be no representation accepted by UIHTM in case of considering absentees or late arrivals.

List of Documents to be shown/submitted at the time of physical counselling;

  1. Original Aadhar Card along with one photo copy of the same.
  2. Two latest Passport size photographs.
  3. Original Marksheet of Matriculation along with one photo copy of the same.
  4. Domicile certificate along with one photo copy of the same.
  5. Any certificate pertaining to reserve category.
